Aleisha
Shelton, originally from the Winston-Salem, NC area,
comes to us as an Aveda trained colorist and stylist. We
are happy to welcome Aleisha and her clients
to Salon-de-Lis’.

have an absolute passion for hair and enjoy enhancing
all my client’s naturally beautiful features. I
am very outgoing, love meeting new people and I welcome
the opportunity to extend my expertise to everyone.”

but fits in working on her Business Marketing degree

Hillary Gromis moved to North Carolina from Southern
California when she was
in high school. She
has always been creative and discovered early on
thatdoing
hair was a good creative outlet for her. “ I
feel that I have a good eye for what style and
color would accentuate a client’s
best features and I love to see how excited they
are over their new look”. She began
as an assistant to Amy Moya-Mendez in Charlotte
in 2001 then moved to Lake Norman to continue her
career. |

Michelle Ivester-Rhynehas been working in the
industry for twenty years. Originally from Charlotte,
N.C. she worked in South Charlotte for Ten years
as a Nail Technician and then a Hair Dresser. She
came to the Lake Norman area in 1999 to start her
career here because she had two children in elementary
school , and knew with the area taking off, so
would her career. “ I lovecontinuing
education classes, and everything about the industry.
Cutting and coloring are some of my favorite services”. |

Kathy has been a stylist/salon owner for
over 25 years. For long as she could remember she
wanted to do hair. At 18 she started working
and never stopped. Three years ago Kathy and
her husband moved to Mooresville from Connecticut,
where she was a successful salon owner. She
and her family, which includes 3 children wanted
a better quality of life and found that this area
met all their needs. Now, Kathy has time to
spend with her family, which she so longed for and
she and her husband now have the time to get involved
with their church and volunteer activities, which
they love.

Tiffany Burnett recently moved to the Mooresville
area from Hilton Head, S. C. and graduated from
the Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology and
Nail Design in Columbia, S. C.
"Happiness is loving what you do so much
that others love it too! With that being said,
I absolutely LOVE my profession.
I believe that knowledge is the key to success,
therefore one should never stop learning and
always have the goal to inspire others." Tiffany
chose to become a cosmetologist to help others
see their transformation through style. Inspiring
women to feel beautiful and confident and being
able to maintain their new look is a constant goal
for Tiffany.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with
her husband and decorating their new home. She
also loves working out, "googling" on
the internet and studying the stock market. One
day she hopes to travel to Paris and Italy and
manifest herself in inspriation through pursuing
her favorite hobby, fashion. |

Stevie Riddle comes to us from Madison, Wisconsin
where she did a 2 year apprenticeship with Redken
educators and was a stylist in Madison for 2 additional
years at a large salon. The beautiful North
Carolina weather brought her to the South 2 years
ago and she lives in Mooresville with her dog,
Mack. She
is already a popular stylist in the area with a
loyal clientele.
"I enjoy staying up to date with fashion
and beauty trends and love offering new ideas to
my clients so that their styles stay up to date. I
also love to shop and having fun with all the new
friends I've made in Mooresville". |

Stylist / Colorist

Barbara Pfeffer. hails from New York
and is an expert colorist/hairstylist with over
25 years experience. She headed
up the color department at Salon Dakotah for 10
years and was a color educator for Framesi, an
internationally known and respected hair products
brand.
In her spare time she volunteers as a board member
for Mooresville Beautification and is an avid horsewoman. She
and her husband and three children reside in downtown
Mooresville. She invites you to a wonderful
new experience in hair color and color correction. |

The most recent addition to our team is Sarah
Woodlock, our salon apprentice and assistant.
Sarah is honing her skills assisting our talented
team, expanding her knowledge in the Pravana Color
System, cutting and styling techniques. After two
and one half
years of cosmetology training at Gaston Community
College School of Cosmetology, she
is excited to be developing under a fun and talented
team of experienced stylists.
While
in school Sarah received accolades and course awards
for her special occasion styling and
cutting techniques. Sarah is a native of Greenville
S. C., has lived in Denver, N. C. for
three years and enjoys reading and watching movies
in her spare time. |

Receptionist |

Hanna Stutts is our beautiful and joyful receptionist
and has lived in the Mooresville area for over
40 years. She has worked in the salon industry
for almost
3 years, greeting every client with her wonderful
smile. She’s a lover
of life, truly cares about people and enjoys working
with everyone. |
